As a participating restaurant, I agree to:

Create a specially-designed menu that features ingredients significantly sourced from local farmers and ranchers, with emphasis on purchasing from vendors affiliated with the Santa Fe Farmers’ Market.
Credit farms and ranches on the menus.
Contribute 20% of the value of the food served from the special menu as part of Local Harvest Restaurant Celebration to the nonprofit Santa Fe Farmers’ Market Institute. (Federal Tax ID: 30-0124953). All payments will be made to the Institute by September 30, 2023.
Provide basic printed collateral material on the Institute programs to my diners (small table stands with QR Code).
Submit a high resolution logo upon signing of this document for use in promoting the celebration.
