Lenamarie Marsh grew up in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and discovered her passion for community-focused work through the Future Focused X3 internship program, which connected her to the Santa Fe Farmers Market Institute. She currently serves as the Programs and Communications Assistant, bringing valuable experience from her previous roles in customer service as a server and barista, as well as knowledge from her academic studies.

Lena is pursuing two associate degrees at Santa Fe Community College and plans to further her education at the University of New Mexico in fall 2025, focusing on accounting and finance. She enjoys applying her skills in business organization and communication to support meaningful projects and hopes to continue contributing to her local community.

Outside of work and school, Lena enjoys crafting and volunteering as a cheer coach at the nonprofit Kids@Play, where she fosters teamwork and confidence in young athletes.
