Stir Fry Bok Choy
The Recipe
Yield: four servings
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Oil (we like to use garlic oil from DVG LLC)
- 2 lbs. Bok Choy, chopped 1 inch
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic, Minced (or add a bit of chopped Spring Garlic!)
- 1 Tbsp. Ginger, Grated
- 1 bunch Green Onions, finely chopped
- 1 cup. Stock, Water or Wine
- Soy sauce, to taste
PREPARATION
- Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat.
- Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green onion, stirring for about 1 minute.
- Raise the heat to high and add chopped bok choy. Stir occasionally as it wilts down for several minutes.
- After a few minutes, add 1 cup of liquid and let cook for an additional 5 minutes letting liquid evaporate.
- Remove from heat, and toss with soy sauce and serve.
Tip
Try adding other vegetables to your stir fry!! Simply add the harder veggies first and the tender ones towards the end.
