PLEASE GIVE NOW to help us reach our goal and support our efforts of building an equitable local food system, from field to plate.

Maintaining the Jewel of the Railyard. The Pavilion welcomes nearly 200,000 visitors every year. We give over $200,000 in discounts to community partners through reduced rental rates. The building costs SFFMI $375,000 annually to maintain. We need your support to help us keep this local gem beautiful, functional, and accessible.
Local Food For All. In just three months, the Tianguis has brought over 3,000 pounds of fresh, local produce directly to underserved neighborhoods in Santa Fe. We administer over $200,000 in SNAP and Double Up Food Bucks every year. The program costs over $200,000 annually. Approximately 13,980 adults and 4,910 children in Santa Fe experience food insecurity (source: Food Depot). Your donation helps ensure all families have access to fresh, healthy food.
Investing in Producers. Our programs brought over $55,000 to producers in low or no-interest capital through microloans and grant funding. In 2024, we spent over $15,000 on producer-focused programming. Supporting producers ensures a thriving local food system for everyone.

2025 Year-End Giving Deadlines

If you’d like your contribution to be eligible for a charitable income tax deduction for the 2025 tax year, please note the following year-end deadlines:
 

  • Appreciated securities: Transfers must be completed by Friday, December 19.

  • Cash via wire transfer: Wires should be initiated no later than Friday, December 26.

  • Hand-delivered or couriered checks (FedEx, UPS, DHL): Must arrive at our office by Wednesday, December 31.

  • Credit card gifts by phone: Accepted until 5:00 pm on Wednesday, December 31.

  • Checks sent through the U.S. Postal Service: Must be postmarked by Wednesday, December 31.
