Yes, but all alcohol must be served by licensed servers. Additional requirements for events where alcohol will be sold.

The Railyard Parking Garage is a short walk away with 400 spaces in the 3-level underground parking structure. Hourly parking rates apply.
Can outside caterers be used?
Yes, there are no restrictions on caterers. Licensed caterers may use the Market Hall kitchen for final preparation, warming, staging, and plating of food.

About the Market Pavilion
The Santa Fe Farmers’ Market Institute owns and operates the Santa Fe Farmers’ Market Pavilion, home to the Santa Fe Farmers’ Market. Opened in 2008, the Market Pavilion was the first new construction in downtown Santa Fe that is Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold-certified, and the first newly constructed farmers’ market building in the nation incorporating the most energy efficient and green standards.
The Market Pavilion can accommodate 350 guests for a seated dinner or up to 600 guests for a and is regularly rented by community groups and other nonprofits for galas, fundraiser receptions, conferences and workshops and school proms, plus annual ticketed events such as Winterbrew and Taco Wars and for family celebrations including weddings, graduation parties and quinceañeras. One of only a handful of event venues in Santa Fe of its size (9,300 square feet), in an average year the Pavilion hosts 50 to 60 larger scale gatherings.
Additionally, space is rented to Second Street Brewery which is located on the street level and provides hospitality for Market attendees.
The Institute maintains and improves the Market space on an ongoing basis.
