2012 Farmers’ Market Fall Fiesta Evening Schedule

6:00pm  Cocktails and Farm-Fresh Hors D’oeuvres
Enjoy the operatic theme of the night as costumed servers hand you complimentary champagne. Begin your evening with gourmet appetizers prepared by Santa Fe’s master chefs who purchased directly from our farmers. The silent auction tables will be filled with unique, useful, and stunning donations that reflect the culture, history and experience of all things local. Spirited music and specialty cocktails created by sommelier Kate Gerwin round out the first hour!

7:00 pm  Make Your Last Bids in the Silent Auction Before It Closes
Tonight’s silent auction is full of alluring items related to food & drink, gardening, cooking, New Mexico heritage & culture, the beauty of our land & environment and regional experiences (weekend stays, etc.). Thank you for your generous bids, and good luck!

7:15 pm  Silent Auction Closes & Harvest Supper is Served
Six well-loved chefs are the masterminds behind a fall feast served at your table, family style, with the ‘just-harvested’ food you’ve come to love from the Farmers’ Market. Enjoy the conversation at your table as well as the entertaining personality of our MC, Honey Harris. Get jazzed during the live auction, featuring dinner and tasting parties by award-winning local chefs, vacation getaways, and a few surprise offerings. The delightful Paul Margetson of Hotel Santa Fe will be our auctioneer.

8:00 pm  Dessert and Farmer All Star Awards
Keeping with Fall Fiesta tradition, three of Santa Fe’s finest chefs will create custom plates of innovative desserts using seasonal ingredients, brought to your table while we introduce and honor some of our outstanding vendors who help to make the Santa Fe Farmers’ Market one of the best in the nation.
